Everything You Need to Know
We provide 30 days free exchange and refund services for our pets food only, as long as your pets don't like the food or even throw up due to the food taken from us. Just bring the products back with your receipt and we'll take care of it. Pets are like children to us, you have our full support all the time. For other products, such as treats, toys, accessories, we accept exchange and refund within 15 days of purchase, as long as the original packaging is in good resale condition. You have peace of mind with us.
